We at Lotus Salon & Spa take great pride in our work. Our talented team is very busy so occasionally it is difficult to fit our guests in. There has been an increase in no shows for appointments lately which prompted us to put this cancellation policy in place. With that stated effective August 1-2020, we are implementing a cancellation policy.

We will require a credit on file for all appointments, your information will be encrypted so there is no risk of fraud. We will require 24 hours notice to cancel with no charge, calling less than 24 hours to cancel will result in a 50% charge for services scheduled, a no call no show will result in a 100% charge for services scheduled. We send out an email and/or text message appointment reminders four days and one day before your appointment to help remind you of the time that we have set aside for you. When you receive your reminders, please give us a call to make any changes to your appointment.
